hApPy BiRtHdAy eRiN!!

Today is my sister's birthday. (isn't that an 'attention getter' opening sentence? ;) For all of those who don't know my sister YOU ARE MISSING OUT! She is the most amazing person I have ever known personally. She is beautiful inside and outside. She is strong (in every sense of the word), funny, happy, and her life is based around the gospel. She is such an example to me in so many ways.
We have always been really good friends. Yes, we have had MANY arguments, but we have always resolved them within...at most a couple hours. She is too lovable to be mad at. I love being around her (even though we don't like to do the same things).

She has always been so patient with me. when we were young and I was going through my princess stage (which i still seem to be in) she would always consent to being the prince. She's so sacrificial!

Jr. Prom in Sophmore year. Isn't she gorgeous?!

Sorry erin, I had to. Isn't this hillarious?

Ever since she was tiny she's loved horses. Isn't she insane? I would have a cow if my daughter was peting giant killer monsters.

Oh, she is so sweet.

She's a frog model!

Sorry erin. As you can see she loves strawberries! ;)

Graduation! She is very smart and has gotten straight A's all her life.

Homecoming Senior year.

Snowmobiling queen. She has so much courage.

Senior cattilion (it's like a prom)

She is such a helper! (tanner is only wearing those to magnify his work. those aren't his real glasses...yet)

We made a movie about the Salem witch trials. This is Abbigale.

Camping+grapes+hyperness+camera=this picture.

V-ball champ. She is really good and i love watching her play. Serve it girl. Yeah!

So have a happa birfday Merwin!!
Abba birfday a you!!
love ya to BITS!!

Happy bday to Erin!!! You're right, she's totally gorgeous and amazing and talented and funny and smart! (Must run in the family since you have all the same qualities Amber Jo!)

I pretty much lucked out in the whole sister-in-law department. Couldn't have asked for better!

Seriously, I laughed at loud at the horse/petting giant killer monsters comment. So funny!!!

And the frog model is my favorite! What a sweet post. Thank heavens for sisters, I don't know what I'd do without 'em.

Happy Birthday to Erin! Perhaps you could pass the message along. I loved looking at the pictures (of course, my favorite thing about blogs). Her hair looks so cute in that first picture! Is that a recent one?

And, in response to your comment on my Halloween blog- yes, cowboys are definitely a western thing. But, I had to add a little west to our east. Believe or not I found those cute boots at Wal-mart. I love them. Brady didn't dress up. He's a bit of a party pooper when it comes to dressing up for Halloween. But, he committed to dressing up next year, so you know I'm holding him to it.

Thanks for the cute post about Erin!
