Over the past year I've come to realize how far out of the loop I've gotten, because I've not been in the blog zone. Blogs are something I have tried to avoid because it connotates a feeling of congestion and cramming, that sort of stuff. You see blog sounds like clog, which sounds like something my drain would do. Over the past year I've heard phrases like: "just read my blog", "I wrote the cutest blog", "have you read so-and-so's blog?", "her blogs are my favorite". I feel like I'm stuck in a corner trying to see the excitement in the center of the circle. So, in order to keep in touch with my family, I'm now in the blog zone, AND MY DRAINS ARE WORKING FINE!
I love seeing babies turn one, taking first steps, laughing at goofy noises their parents make, great snowball fights, birthday celebrations, first pear pie masterpieces, son holding someone elses baby and wishing so bad it could be his, dentures being made to perfection, and hearing the witty ways people speak of their lives. Thanks to all you accomplished bloggers, you are my inspiration. Keep up the good work, I'm now proud to say I'M ONE OF YOU! Now I'm enjoying the excitement because I'm part of the circle.
